What is left for Strive and Deal Agent, Tamás. All commands are PowerShell. Skip any step whose "already done" check passes. No code deploys are needed for these: only settings, dashboards and checks. Filippos merges and deploys the code releases himself.
Settings are read at start, so each namespace gets one restart at the end (S9, D9). Filippos checks each Deal Agent item on the self-check page (/api/admin/config-health, platform admin console) and tells you when its row is green.
